What is the processing time?

Processing time is currently 2-3 business days. Once your order has been approved, we will send your prescription to our partnered pharmacy to be compounded. In high demand situations, it may take up to 7 days.

Is shipping included with each order?

Yes! Shipping is included with every order, so you’ll never have to worry about extra fees or hidden costs. Your treatment ships directly to your door—free of charge.
